A well designed, healthy diet is a fundamental component of a healt-concious lifestyle.

Surely there are those who can't imagine what people in a vegetarian or vegan diet eats on a daily basis because they consider this means a mere elimination of meat. If that were the case, than the meals would be very one-sided and unbalanced. A well designed vegan diet is significantly different. That age has passed when soy and its derivatives represented the only meat alternative.

However in the real life practice the main goal is not to create a plant version of the meat, but to make a variety of dishes based on the seasonal and available ingredients either according to a recipe or leaving room for our imagination.

Every season has it's own fresh ingredients that we can use. For us this is very important as it is the main point to create harmony for our body and soul.

Seasonality is non other than the peak of the life cycle of particular vegetables and fruits. At that time they have the most nutriens, vitamins and trace elements. Because the have been given enough time to consume sun rays, water and minerals from the soil. They weren't planted or picked up too early. Another very important advantage of these seasonal fruits and veggies is that they have an incomparably smaller ecological footprint than others.

Then here is our body. The biological processes of the human body has also adapted to this seasonality. Therefore, of course, it is best for the body and the soul to consume vegetables and fruits in sync with it.

When preparing meals, it is important to cook our food gently with minimal heat so that it can retain as much nutrients as possible.

We pay particular attention to getting our main raw materials from organic sources. Carrots, beets, and potatoes are purchased from the organic gardening of the Gódor family, and sweet potatoes are from an ecologically clean environment.

We prepare our dishes using purified water, we use Parajdi Salt and season it with Hungarian cold pressed rapeseed oil.

What can you expect when you switch to a vegan lifestyle ....? You will feel much more energetic as the energy for digesting heavier foods is released, so self-healing mechanisms are triggered. You will experience wonderful things like freshness, more energy, becoming more balanced and so on…

Healing with food is not a coincidence. Food always works properly, though its effect is less pronounced, much gentler than that of medicines. Food is also a basic medicine. Although it works more slowly, but it affects all the systems of the body much more profoundly.

And most importantly ... we cook our food out of joy and love.
